所谓标题党

起点中文网最近推著名作家作品上网,郑副主席的大作 从呼吸到呻吟被韩寒评为标题党,面子上挂不住,于是两人   了。
感谢韩寒,我很快去看了一下主席的小说,感觉还挺对得起标题党这个评语的。文字乏味,故事离奇又不奇,有点像中学生课余的故事接龙游戏。说起来,这个名字是不是比较适合做buzz maketing的一个campaign呢?是不是本来就是呢?未可知也。总的来说,不觉得是大作家的能耐。

车羊问题

电影《玩转21点》有一个情节:教授问一个概率游戏问题,男主人公正确解答以后博得教授的信赖,然后参加他的赌博小集团。
刚看到这里不是很理解,后来看到一些网上的解答文章才明白过来。

影片开头部分提到了一个很有名的问题:假设你正在参加一个游戏节目,你被要求在三扇门中选择一扇。其中一扇后面有一辆车,其余两扇后面则是羊。你选择了一扇门,假设是1号门,然后知道门后面有什么的主持人开启了另一扇后面有羊的门,假设是3号门。然后他问你:"你想选择2号门吗?"你会如何回答?
  显然应该选最有可能赢得车的做法。实际上,这是一个用概率论可以轻松搞定的问题,但是,历史上这个问题刚被提出的时候却引起了相当大的争议。这个问题源自美国电视娱乐节目Let's Make a Deal,内容如前所述。作为吉尼斯世界纪录中智商最高的人,Savant在Parade Magazine对这一问题的解答是应该换,因为换了之后有2/3的概率赢得车,不换的话概率只有1/3。她的这一解答引来了大量读者信件,认为这个答案太荒唐了。因为直觉告诉人们:如果被打开的门后什么都没有,这个信息会改变剩余的两种选择的概率,哪一种都只能是1/2。持有这种观点的大约有十分之一是来自数学或科学研究机构,有的人甚至有博士学位。还有大批报纸专栏作家也加入了声讨Savant的行列。在这种情况下,Savant向全国的读者求救,有数万名学生进行了模拟试验。一个星期后,实验结果从全国各地飞来,是2/3和1/3。随后,MIT的数学家和阿拉莫斯国家实验室的程序员都宣布,他们用计算机进行模拟实验的结果,支持了Savant的答案。
  当然,原问题的描述确实有一些含混不清的成分,如果加上下述条件可以使这个答案更准确:
  1、参赛者在三扇门中挑选一扇。他并不知道内里有甚么。
  2、主持人知道每扇门后面有什么。
  3、主持人必须开启剩下的其中一扇门,并且必须提供换门的机会。
  4、主持人永远都会挑一扇有羊的门。
  5、如果参赛者挑了一扇有羊的门,主持人必须挑另一扇有羊的门。
  6、如果参赛者挑了一扇有车的门,主持人随机在另外两扇门中挑一扇有羊的门。
  7、参赛者会被问是否保持他的原来选择,还是转而选择剩下的那一道门。
  这样,问题的答案是:可以。当参赛者转向另一扇门而不是继续维持原先的选择时,赢得汽车的机会将会加倍。因为:
  有三种可能的情况,全部都有相等的可能性(1/3)
  参赛者挑一号羊,主持人挑二号羊。转换将赢得车。
  参赛者挑二号羊,主持人挑一号羊。转换将赢得车。
  参赛者挑汽车,主持人挑两头山羊的任何一头。转换将失败。
  可以看出,这是一个概率论和人的直觉不太符合的例子,这告诉我们在做基于量化的判断的时候,要以事实和数据为依据,而不要凭主观来决定。否则,想当然的结果往往会在我们不自知的情况下,把我们引入歧途。如片中的老师所说:在校园里骑车可比骑头羊要酷多了。问题是你要做出正确的选择,而这需要以事实为依据。

乳制品能不能吃?

我一直想要了解上海光明乳业的产品是不是安全,但是搜遍互联网还是不知道。只有查出来说黑龙江光明的产品安全的,上海光明既不在黑名单中,也不在白名单中。是他们不用检测吗?难道有更加高的免检等级?到这种时候还是不用检测还是怎么着?希望赶快给我们一个答案,省得我们每日战战兢兢。
我们家现在还没有孩子,我一边庆幸,一边也替那些初为人父母者难过。商人的心就可以修炼到皮子那么厚?里子那么黑?但是没有孩子不等于我们不会受到危害,平常喝的纯鲜牛奶,酸奶,谁知道里面是否掺杂了三聚氰胺呢?就算这些没有,我们吃的冰淇凌,蛋糕等乳制品的衍生品,难保商家采购的原材料如奶粉中不含有毒化学物啊。便宜的原材料,商家怎么会不要呢?追逐利益的本性,加上所谓食品安全的标志,这些都是潜在的祸害,会暗地里伤害我们的身体。
食品安全标志,已经成为我们购买食品类商品的一个重要参考了,但是它是如此的不可信。我们要求商家认罪道歉的同时,是不是也要质监局道歉?他们根本辜负了我们的信任,让我们不知不觉中饮鸩。

Dropbox

Live sky drive突然不能使用了,听说被封了。我觉得网络硬盘还是一个好东东。几台电脑上的文件很难控制最终版本,copy来copy去肯定时间长了,要么出错,要么烦死。
Sky drive用起来还可以,但是我一直想为什么不能做得更加方便一点,在我的硬盘上直接生成网络硬盘的文件夹,我可以像使用本地文件一样来使用网络硬盘中的文件,岂不大妙?microsoft的技术应该完全能做这个,不知道他们为什么不做。照我想来,这个本来就应该整合在OS里面(和file explorer整合在一起)提供给用户,呵呵。
现在也好,找到一个网络硬盘叫Dropbox,挺好用的。他们就能做我说的那样,直接在本地硬盘增加一个文件夹,完全支持本地操作。很不错的。
他们的网站是http://www.getdropbox.com/,需要注册一个帐号(需要邀请的),然后下载客户端使用网络硬盘。

Gmail可不可以有任务提醒的功能?

我现在已经基本上在Gmail上办公了,公司邮箱,其他邮箱,自己网站的邮箱等,一概都收到Gmail中。
放弃了outlook,有一个不舍,就是任务计划功能。我这个人记性不好,很多时候需要这样的提醒比较好。
我想Gmail上面为什么不来一个To-do list(任务计划)的功能呢?最好也做提示到Gmail
notifier里面,任务到期来个提示信息,那就完美了。不知道啥时候有人开发出来?

铁老大的服务水准

中秋打算回上饶过节。让LP帮忙买动车组的票,上海到上饶的票很顺利买到了,同时想买回程票。窗口说回程票要到2天后才能买,问一定有得卖吗?答曰一定。然后过了两天,我
LP又不辞辛劳地去排队买回程票,排到了窗口说今天还不行,回来的票预售期更长,还得明天。于是LP再过了一天,排到了,窗口说票子没有的。多余话没法问了,对方也不回答。只好马上电话打给老家那边买,马上就买到了。这个铁路的信息服务怎么这么差?专门折腾人来的还是怎的?唉。

淘宝封了百度,然后呢?

淘宝封了百度爬虫是这两天最热的互联网新闻了。
马云为什么要单单封百度?大家都说是因为百度想要做电子商务了。以后大伙儿都是对头了,一准儿死磕,我的资源不能让你利用了。但是百度过来到淘宝的流量我们相信那是相当的不小啊,马云为什么这么做呢?百度被封了,对他们来说没有什么损失,但是对于淘宝来说,损失是显见的。
我感觉马云是横下一条心,要摆脱搜索引擎了。但是如果什么都不做的话,顾客减少,网店主流失是必然的。就看他们接着做一些什么了。当初并购雅虎,就是为了防止这个,想要把命运掌握在自己手里,现在雅虎不行了,马云怎么办?抓offline吗?联手google?我们等着看。

其实直播肯定没有剪辑过的效果好,不过BOB现场转播的能力水准的确是有点那个什么,让我们看起来不是很激动。很多镜头切换,反而不是简单近景远景切换就好了。
NBC其实也被老美狂骂,因为他们不是直播,而是剪辑转播。况且中间插了很多广告,弄得很多人郁闷。上面这些video中当然是去掉了广告的。

根据郎咸平教授的二元经济论,我们国家对于经济可持续发展下一步应该要做的是拉动内需。大家都知道现在外贸难做了,成本大大提高,沿海那些大量的做外贸加工的厂商日子难过了。它们有能力制造好的商品,同时我们国家人民生活水平提高了,也期望着消费优质的产品(以前都卖到国外去了)。我感觉B2C是很好的渠道来解决这个问题,国家应该大力扶持才是。
